i would like to tell here the biggest fraud and fake things have been done.where the bad service center i have ever seen in my life....in future please don't trust or think of buying Samsung products very bad service .the center is not able to support a Bluetooth headphone which i have purchased on 10th of October 2021...and the poor quality product glue has opened the unit where i have tried to claim warranty the service center refuses and says its physical damage but my unit has not a single scratch its just 3 months old.

Very bad experience here. The technician tried to diagnose charging port issues without trying to charge the phone. God knows why he opened the phone as he didn't check a thing. Also the service center has no internet so no complaint can be lodged here and they don't have inventory information to give an ETA of repair. Staff is rude.

Pathetic service and the workers probably dont know how to repair phones! My phone had a simple vibration problem, these ppl told me to replace the motherboard which would cost 80% of the phone purchase price. Went to panjim market and got it repaired in Rs 1000. This service center is useless and engineers are least qualified to repaire a phone.

Went to repair my mobile . For sometime i was standing outside but after 10mins security cam and told to go inside. As i went inside they first prefered customer who come to collect their phones first and this continued for next 3 4 customers i was just waiting there to get service but surprisingly they only give service to the people who come to collect their mobiles first when asked security abt the same he is like "aise hota hai ko pehle phone collect karne ko athe hai usko pehli service deten hai "i asked him to get me talk to the manager he said woh hai lekin pata nahi ... Wastage of time to go there TO GET SERVICE. Pathetic Worst Service....

A new samsung m52 5g. Giving lots of problems. First time a lady couldn't solve it. Then it upgraded itself automatically. I thought now my problems will solve but more problems started emerging. Went back to service center. This time a youngster sitting there. I explained the problem. He could not solve them. Just imagine it is supposed to be samsung service station.

Would have given a 0. The staff lack professionalism. When I went with my phone the lady wearing glasses stated that they are loaded wih work and cannot accept my phone and that I should come all the way to give my phone the next day. How stupid is that. She agreed to keep my phone and take it for service the next morning. However when I called in the afternoon the guy picking up my call was clueless about my phone and requested 10 minites. Half an hour later I only had to call back to which the lady this time said software isn't working so she cannot take my phone. However I know for sure there were phones being taken for service. They had clearly forgotten my phone. I wonder if this feedback will be taken up seriously or fall on deaf ears.

Very very poor service form Margoa service center, the technicalities cheat and just charge Rs 500 to open 4 screws, with out even fixing the unit! The guys are from outside Goa and when you call back to complain office says that person is not working this a just to cheat Goans!

The worst service centre and support staff. The security guard is calling the shots. Basic courtesies forgotten, the senior samsung brass needs to have a serious look. A fixed appointment for mobile repair not honored however delivery of products were taken. The security guard treats you as a roadside beggar or even worse. Highly disappointed, very agitated and will move on from brand SAMSUNG... I didn't buy a premium 75k phone for this!!!
