they took more than 2 months for a small issue if it was in any service centre they wil take just 2 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i visited samsung care srikakulam sharp by 10 am for network issue in my handset. They said it needs software update and asked me to keep handset with them for 1 day for updating software only. What the hell software update they will do by keeping for one day i dont know. Very poor service and not at all cooperative. Worst service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre is quite opposite to the reputation of Samsung.Receiving is very poor, even we can't speak on the official contact number, j have been try to speak with since morning, always showing busy, often rings but no body attempt the ringing phone.
It's too bad.The officials must chec k the service centre and carelessness of the concerned staff.
Even feed back forms are not available .
What's the use to buy Samsung brand , with no proper service.. taking more than one month for service..after one month also no proper response from service centre.worst makntainance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsung is the best company to have service centres all over the world. But it response is too bad. I told my experience. My 2nd mobile bought in my 10th class samsung j2 it is the worst mobile I have ever used in my life. I got some problems like too heating above 49°C, too much hanging l etc.., my village is too far (above 7km)to reach the service center. It summer and too hot ?, I go with my cycle and reached with full of Tide, and I give my mobile to the officer and said please repair my mobile they say we don't sir it is lunch time time is 2:30pm is that time for lunch?? They don't even take a complaint for my mobile it doesn't take a 5mins to write a mobile complaint, the next evening I came and they take, repairs but my j2 hangs and heated like previously. Many of them buy samsung mobile cuz having good service center don't buy samsung mobile for service centers

Need to educate people , poor responce
A good brand like samsung need to look into this
