Staff is not at all cooperative and they would dismiss your case even if you bring video proof that your expensive mobile screen has issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direction from map was good but samsung service is not at all good in flagship phone just after warranty ends green line appered on display while typing msg and for that they are asking almost 16k to change which is their manufacturing fault , many samsung users are facing this issue you can check on YouTube.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsung service centre is located on main Sv Rd,Above Bata Showroom,Sainath Rd,Malad West,Bombay 400 064...I visited this service centre 3 to 4 times,I'm happy for the services they give..But their should b nominal charges for the Samsung customers..Staff are well trained,But still they need to give good satisfaction to the customers,Coz many customers use Android phones ,but they dont have many ideas of smart phones.. So representatives should handle customers till they are satisfied,,The staff do the work or Resolve problems,Trouble shooting of phones..They do it so fast and goes for the next customers,As my experience I had many questions,doubts for my phone,But they sumtimes dont give satisfied answers to customers,,Samsung should improve customer satisfaction..Rest if u buy Samsung products their charges are too high for Accecories,instead u get cheaper same product of Samsung outside the market places...So buy samsung products outside not in samsung Gallery,or service cntrs.....
