β β β β β Initially when I called my query was not answered. I called multiple times and my call was not received. I then got another number from Samsung care and called him. Varun from the service center answered and helped me through the entire process smoothly and swiftly. Gist is it matters who caters to you. Overall its a good service center.

β β β β β Nice experience. Dropping phone took hardly 10 mins and although they took more time than committed but didn't mind as even i was busy. Pickup was even faster- 2/3 mins only.

β β β β β Disgusting... please go there if you want to waste your 2 to 3 hrs to know that "we are not repairing but replacing parts here" . The behavior was not good... hope I won't visit this place again... and at this point of time I am thinking of never buying any Samsung phone itself again.

β β β β β Well if you ask me then the Tag Line of every business is " If you treat your customers well you are awesome", Yes i visited samsung last to last week with some software issue, the way every single EMP treated every single customer was nice. "If you solve a problem with a smile then your day will be awesome for sure.
