β β β β β Once i visit samsung service centre about my phone issue...then customer service officer check my phone and told me that software have to update and phone is all ok....but he told me to come next day because service time is 10 AM to 5 PM.
Then i visit centre next day then VIKAS told me that (jao or phone charge krke lao kam se kam 30 percent)
I request him please charge my phone atleast 2 to 3 percent and check the problem....then also he is deny to charge my phone and without check my phone he told ( ki motherboard kharab hai change hoga)
Actually he is not giving proper service to the customer....samsung is a good brand but if employees of Samsung care giving these type of services to customers then sorry....i will never ever purchase samsung phones.
They dont know how to treat customers, nonviolent behaviour.
His name is VIKAS and he also told me to do complaint against him.

Incapable and helpless they are. They kept my phone for whole the day to only say that motherboard need to be changed. It was having charging issue. Took service charges. I then, got my phone charging IC repaired at a local shop in an hour. Had i an option to give zero stars, i would have chosen that for them.
