★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheated by replacing Charging slot for MotherBoard Problem...Haven't even returned the money back for their wrong diagnosis instead arguing.
I have mailed to the CEO , lets see if I get justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location and amenities of the showroom is perfect, but the maintenance was not good. No que and tag system, very careless staff not supportive and the service is just ok.
Not expecting this from samsung....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like Samsung is following footsteps of Nokia. Service center is run manually in terms of noting entries, issuing tokens, waiting for turns. No professional approach. NEVER go for home delivery of your phone(paid service for Rs.99), they do not deliver and keep calling saying no staff. And worse, waiting time and no one bothers to assist. All said they do repair the product under warranty very much smoothly. But the whole process is cumbersome. Avoid if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spares are never available on time for quick service. They will take atleast a month even for a minor repair. Pathetic service & if we want to take our device back they will charge us ₹200 even if there's a delay from their end. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really couldn't comment whether they fall under some third-party shop tie-up with Samsung. If it's a genuine Samsung service center, they'd have serviced my device which was covered under an international warranty. They simply didn't accept saying they service Samsung devices brought only in India, which is against the official Samsung international warranty policy.
