When my phone got problem they charged 550 for just refactory phone and update the phone . After they tell Main problem is replace battery with new one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an authorized service center. However be cautious while giving your phone for service. My experience is like, my galaxy m51 is in warranty and charging of phone not working as intended. As a technologist I know they need to replace or repair only charging port. Even it was said at the time of mobile examination and same mentioned on the job cart or acknowledgement receipt. But at the time of delivery story is completely different. They created a new job cart saying mother board corrupted and replaced. They said no amount need to be paid as the device is in full warranty period. Logically not understood the repair done. And i didn't find a way to report this to samsung.
