★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there in the month of july for my Samsung mobile m31 switch on /off problem.
They diagnose my mobile problem and told me that mother board was not working properly.
So they told me to submit the phone for two days .
After two days , I went there and received my mobile in good working condition.
Till now my phone is working properly.
Thanks to Samsung services .

Below are the service issues I faced:
1. Phone back panel not fixed correctly as it has gap
2. Fingerprints scanner fitting not done properly as it's moving freely from its space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service experience... Staff very rude, they Evern not trying to solve customer problem even not responding to your problems. They said they service only those who purchased only from there store...they don't have any idea about products if you buy from any other store or online.
