★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional. When contacted , they abused and disconnected the call . Also said , there are no services provided .Contact number provided should be of the Samsung care but I do not know how Samsung entertains these kind of employees .

Shareholder have forgotten that customers satisfaction is very too important.Other brands provides much better service. Never ever going to buy any Samsung products. Staff are too arrogant , they needed to be taught some politeness. Too much waste of time.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These peoples are very smart and know cheating Mathematics very well. I am sharing what happened with me:
I went their for Samsung mobile display\Screen change so they told there will be Rs 3600 total charges. I got mobile after one week. I visited and they told you have to pay total Rs 3723, 123 extra. I asked for receipt so after further argument he gave me the receipt. So now the Maths, Display charges amount Rs 3023 and labour charge 412 so total will be 3435 and they previously told 3600 so what I found in receipt is that they replaced the charging point of Rs 288 mentioning that your charging pin was not working whereas my charging point is working well earlier with USB teethering. So these peoples are bit clever or in other words they will make you fool like this so please make sure if you will be in this type of situation never pay extra money. Also one more point if you are paying in cash make sure you noted some no. of notes because once they will collect cash and if you not receive receipt carefully and then they will tell you did not paid the amount and you have to pay it again so they will manipulate your money like this so bit careful. No one in this service center is Honest whether it is ladies or gents.
Please if you are going to this SC then bit careful they all are ready to make you fool and ready to put your money in his\her pocket.

Customers always gets a satisfactory service by them. Over all the service centre is worthy visiting if you have any issue.

Please hire some eligible candidate who know something rather than these people.
