★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service, I never saw that type of worst service in anywhere. In my phone's display had a black spot and they told me that block spot was came by accident. And there was no any dent in my phone. Maybe they don't want to provide any free service they want charges for service. And it doesn't matter phone are on warranty or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not professional, they don't care about your query. I visited their and my mobile was under warranty, they didn't repair and said it will be paid service. My question is, you buy a 65 thousand mobile and they treat you like nothing. I am not gonna buy any samsung device in future because of their very poor service.
Dear Samsung, I am feeling very bad buying a costly mobile form you. I didn't expect this from you.
