I gave my Samsung M31 for screen replacement and they gave me back after 10days its really bad experience for me as they told me that phone will be ready in 2 days at the time of giving phone.
Same day i gave my other VIVO phone for screen replacement in VIVO service and they give me in just 1 hr.
I just want to say that if they dont have spare then how can they promise to give phone in 2 days..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge you for any issues within the warranty period too. Screen was not at all broken or damaged, they told it got pressed though i keep it too safe in mobile safety guard pouch. Didn't like their approach to loot our hard-earned money in this manner at all. Try n avoid buying Samsung mobiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 1 customer care person is present to hear query leading to long queue for customer. Poor customer service. Token system is not told to customer and they give token to customer who comes late which frustates customer who comes early
