★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Service center is totally doing the fraud like I went to this branch to repair my 10 days old mobile Samsung F62 display problem within the warranty period. After 10 days, they are telling without checking the problem and simply telling the warranty will not cover because of physical damages. They are frustrating the customers. This is the fraud branch and they don't even know how to check the problem with latest Samsung phones. Don't loose your money going to this service center. There is no technical staff to check your mobile. They are not taking the mobiles within warranty period. I have frustrated and giving this review. My mobile issue got resolved with another excellent service center in Tanuku within no time and within warranty.
Samsung should not encourage these kind of service centers (Bhimavaram) which could damage the trust of people on Samsung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst samsung customer care center ever. I got my Note 9 screen fixed. They did not glue the back cover properly. And water accidently entered through back cover gap. I paid 15K for screen. Now the board is gone. Now I'll throw the mobile in bin.
