★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much dissatisfied with the Customer Service executive. They were behaving as they were rendering services for free.
Samsung brand name will be spoiled by this service center. Later on I went to Basaveshwaranagar Center and the job was very much easy. I don't recommend Vijayanagar Service Centre

Evene thug it is authorized still need some queue system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant staff. Owner is considerate but the technician called Vijay doesn't do anything. Recently had been here to service my phone, he said the enite motherboard is dead and it's impossible. When I asked him to suggest any measures regarding that or if there's a possibility to retrieve the data, he asked me to go away.
When I took my phone to the Rajajinagar branch service station, they simple changed one small component and my phone was back to normal.
This isnt acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one lady here told me my phone motherboard is not working. she told it will cost 6k for repair. i was looking for phone badly same day due to work related problems. i purchased same new model online. later i took the same phone for repair outside of bangalore.. they repaired it for Rs 500. now what to do with that lady. revenge against customers?.. samsung.. please take care of such a service..

As a whole people there are very helpful as a team and they have proper process to attend the customers on priority basis. Strongly recommend them for samsung mobile servicing

I had opted for pickup drop service for my mobile screen replacement.
With very reasonable prices all services done.
Original Samsung parts installed.
With company warranty given.
They made sure I received my mobile within evening. As it was urgent requested.
Very happy with service commitment and customer service care taken well.

She mentioned prices approximately which was too high than usual.
She even didn't tell about the standard price list which we will even get in Samsung websites.
They need to improve transparency in the prices and service operations they are doing.
