★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked to change Android version from 9 to 11 for Samsung Galaxy A8+. They told ok and did software update. They told will take 90 minutes. No one called up. I followed four times, they told still in progress. Finally I was frustrated as no one called up to atleast inform me that it will take time etc. I was fed up and went directly to check my phone status. When I asked them they told it's ready. But no one called me to come and collect. Second and worst thing is they just updated build number and Android version same as what I had before. So they told your mobile doesn't support Android version 10 or 11. I myself knew what my situation was that moment. I told them if this was the case then why haven't your team told me in the morning. I could have saved time and effort. But they started pretending and were not ready to accept. I bought this mobile just two years ago. Now they started telling your mobile is outdated and hence latest Android version wont support and can't do anything from their side. From then on I decided never ever in my life, I will buy or purchase or recommend Samsung Mobile. Unfortunately I bought Samsung mobile for my wife as well. But now regretting. Samsung wants customers to change mobiles every two years so that they will gain and gain with worst ever customer service . Now I don't know what to do with my mobile as Android version is not updated . I already spent lot of money while purchasing this mobile. When I purchased new Samsung Galaxy A8+ , there was excellent treatment given, now they are telling we don't have solution to your mobile and left me no where

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional service. The lady in the service counter seems a little stressed out. Probably there could be lot of service requests. But Samsung is professional. They said it will take two days and delivered my phone in two days. Pretty neat job, but there will be loss of data in the phone so one must be prepared for that. If you come in a car, parking might be a little difficult, because of the narrow Ramamurthy Nagar road.

Problems:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant experience. Went to get the nib of S7's spen. They didn't have stock but ordered and got it in 2 days. They also promptly gave a follow up call and confirmed as soon as stock became available.. only flip side is there is no proper waiting area.. could have planned the setup a bit better. Otherwise good authorized service and also samsung products for sale.
