★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had problem with my Galaxy Active watch ⌚.
Initially when I asked the first person at reception, he said "kl aana, abhi its too late aur aaj aapka number nahi lagega".
I went there around 4:00 PM and after requesting the other person(may be manager), it hardly told 10-15 minutes to submit my watch. So that was not expected behavior of a person at service center, we would highly appreciate if a customer is treated well.
Finally I was able to get my watch repaired after 5 days and it's working fine now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M using samsung galaxy m21. I hv purchased this on 28 Oct 2020. So the warranty period is remaining & now I m facing a problem of display color disturbance & here the executive of this care assumed my handset as out of warranty because of just two minor scratches on back side of mobile. They are charging me the cost of new screen + 18 % gst + labour charge as well. So what's the benefit of warranty and Samsung Brand. They are making fool of everyone here. So please don't visit here. Please go to Noida or NCR region for your warranty claim.
One of my friend had a same problem of screen diplay along with some minor scratches on back side , and he visited the Noida Samsung care ,they told him that they will take his set in warranty claim and they treated him as a valuable customer . He suggested me go to Noida not in Bulandshahr.
