★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The response is poor. After much follow up they assigned the job to a service guy who did not show up even after two days. Someone else came up and said he will get the service done. I insisted that it has to be from Samsung service centre only and he agreed for the same. When someone came to pick it up it was from Bengaluru Best Services !!
This is the problem when you search for samsung service centre, you get a whole lot of firms undertaking samsung washing machine services in Google.
