β β β β β It's that staffs are not fully trained and this can't be like samsung service center feeling but you can repair your mobile here don't expect to save time I also return once due to waiting time and they don't have sufficient parts of samsung mobile samsung need to upgrade their services from last 5 years I was using samsung mobile but not I switch to another brand only due to service. But I noticed one thing behaviour of all staff was good no issue in behaviour but as compare to smart City service center of samsung this is very old building also there are so many hygienic issues are there samsung have to improve their service level.. average experience here ?

β β β β β On the past day, the Samsung service centre was also available at Sundargarh. But now the Samsung service centre is located on the second floor of that building. If you are a Samsung customer then in any service need always visit there instead of visit in a local shop. All employees' behaviour is good. There are also have sitting arrangements you can wait in need, have a drinking water facility.
