★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. They are not much technical. I had problem with only charging PCB and they were asking for approx rs 13000rs to replace display and mother board.
Samsung at least teach them first how to repair phones.
Even my phone was in warranty still was ready to pay for charging PCB because it was broken.
Even my phone was ringing when call was coming only display and charging were not working due to broken PCB still they were asking to change mother board and display.
Stop to cheating customers.
Edit: My phone issue has fixed in just 2K rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took 20 days to change display with multiple excuses like parts nahi aaye, engineers nahi hai, kal pakka, etc. Finally I take my tablet back without even repairing.
They charged 170 too..
Don't ever visit here.
If you have lots of time or you are rich and "vella", then please visit..
Locals will atleast repair which they failed to do..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated just near to kishanpur chungi or chauraha. Staff is not so much technically sound,they always try to convince the customer to replace the parts with new one ,instead of servicing the damaged part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Samsung service centre Aligarh to get my Samsung note 10 plus repaired. Ms Fauzia Iqbal received my phone, I paid her 500 extra by mistake which she returned me. When I came the next day to receive my phone I met Mr Mohd Mohsin. I paid him 2k extra by mistake which he returned me... too many honest people sitting together...this is rare...
Phone Is also working perfect...
Very happy with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with the buttons of my phone being broken so I wanted to get them replaced.
I went to the service center for the same.
The technician told me it was not possible to change the buttons without replacing the screen which will cost me 12000 rupees.
This seemed excessive to me and I declined to get it repaired there. I went to a different service center and they replaced the buttons and charged me only 1000 rupees.
I hope some action is taken against this service center for making customers do replacement that they don't require.
