one of the staff member (did't remember the name) confidently promise me to deliver my phone with in an hour and so they did it.
Is not it a rare thing in these days.

Staff was upbeat and attentive to my problems.
Another good thing that caught my eye was how easily they managed a busy service center while at the same time providing timely and satisfactory service to the customers.
There were 6 service engineers who all were well educated about the products and respective problems.
Also, a good thought is given to seating arrangements and center hygiene. Well sanitized for sure.
Professionalism, Patience, and a “People-first” attitude surely seems be the slogan for this center.
