★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently took my Samsung smartphone to this customer care and the staff I was appointed to for fixing the technical problems of my phone simply said I needed to change the motherboard of my device and that they don't have the hardware in their stock in that very moment henceforth they would suggest me to visit anyother authorized Samsung service center. Despite the fact he barely looked on my phone at all so I initially thought something is fishy about it. So I had to take a bus, also a day off from my job and my next visit to the service centre in Kolkata turned to be a surprise. The staff in this service center contrasted the lack of professionalism with the former staff I was appointed to in Howrah. Unlike the amateur this technician properly checked my phone as you would expect from a real time professional working for an authorized service centre and said to me its the charging port which needs to be replaced. So when I draw a conclusion from this contrasting experience it seems to me that the other one who failed to designate a simple defect was in fact playing tricks with me and if not this person have no technical understanding about smartphones otherwise it would have been so simple to designate such a defect. But then I feel this person didn't take me seriously enough again because the defect was so small that even a technician from your local shop would not have a hard time understanding. It makes me feel sick about this place I was there in line patiently along with 20 precustomers waiting for the call regardless they were completely unresponsive about my issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are frauder donot visit there .Its my 2nd time experience.Both time telling port have issue and if donot want to take service asking fixed charges.
I again visited for my wife mobile same experience again.My screen damage and they want to change the port also and when i asked only to change screen they denied the service and want to do only with cash payment.

I would have given them the negative stars if possible...
Very bad and rude behaviour of the staff over here..
They don't know how to talk with the customers..
I wonder how they even got the license for running a service center..
The staff members need to get some proper upbringing...
