★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially there were no one on seat and after that very rude behaviour of professionals and no one is ready to listen to our query and upon asking several times they are saying we are fully packed and gave the time of 6:30 but they said we are going to close at 6 . Missmanagement at its peak here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The issue was with mobile jack, as mobile was not getting charged properly. I visited Vasundhra Samsung Service Center and I really want to appreciate the services provided by Ankit Sharma. He is polite and responsive towards my mobile issue and resolved the same very quickly with professional manner. Thanks Ankit for providing good services. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are worse in everything. aapke paas pura din ka time hai tab jao yaha. as you can see all the seats are empty, all are enjoying at their own space. and if you dare to ask anything they have only one answer “sir please wait karo”. pathetic service. (and this is not lunch time. its 4:38pm)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. No idea what the issue is and how to solve it. On top of all, has no professionalism. I wonder how Samsung agreed to work with such poor service center. Anyway I will have Samsung guys answer me that. As far as this Service centre is concerned better throw your device then looking for a solution here, Don't believe me, be my guest.
For instance I wanted to get my S10 plus's battery replaced, the guy sitting there never checked the battery's condition instead asked me to use the phone how he wants. He altered my phone setting and adviced me to how not to keep bluetooth, GPS and wifi and what not turned on while using the phone. As if my smartwatch will pair without bluetooth and maps would use Atlas.
When I tried to understand why can't I get a new battery replaced when I am ready to pay for the charges, he said Samsung has no stock in the warehouse. I can't fathom this that he has access to the whole country's warehouse info in his mind or his computer, and wanted this resolution that he just told me in writing from him so that I can follow up with Samsung directly. But he never moved a finger to help, although his voice was on top of Mt. Everest.
Overall, I dont regret visiting this store as I have decided not to buy another Samsung device owing to this ridiculous service center experience.
P.S. I am going to post here what Samsung has to say about such bad customer experiences from their authorised service centres, as soon as I get to hear from them.
REPLYING TO SC Representative: I appreciate you clarifying me now so promptly but not when I was actually asking what the problem is. It'd have been way better if you could have just told me the same reason yesterday like you just did. I could have sent this device to the country from where I bought and I was all good.
Anyway, get your staff trained on how not to screw the customer experience and be professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I visited Samsung service center(Vasundhara Sec-13) where they told that my phone will cost Rs. 7200, will change these motherboards. I showed this phone at local shop where issue came out in power chip only and it cost Rs 1500.
These service center people make fool of the public and tell nonsense issues without checking your phone, just to earn money.
Choice is yours !!!
If you have extra money then definitely go to this service center and get their income.
