★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less knowledge of work amongst the technical team and you will not know exactly what has happened to your Samsung phone. Charges afterwards will make you crazy. Only staff behavior is nice but that doesn't make sense if your purpose gets sorted on a temporary basis in lieu of huge money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this service centre to fix the display of my Samsung note 8 but unfortunately after fixing it, four-five days later, my phone's motherboard went bad.
So I'm still frustrated after returning from this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited with my friend to change his A50s' type c pin and motherboard.There was a little crack in display.But it was nicely working and need not been changed.They advised to change the display with type c pin and continued display price 4,800+type c pin 1200.. We found type c pin at rs 600 in local market and it is working. We went there for original product and we found a bad experience....it isn't expected from SAMSUNG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I visted samsung service center now and there was an issue in my phone and the settings keeps on stopping whenever I am opening any app on my phone however Subhyan Das technician has suggested me to go to files and uninstall digital wellbeing and my issue got fixed. His done a excellent work samsung please get him promoted. Have a awesome evening cheers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm using Galaxy F62 which has 7000 mAh battery capacity which is supposed to run almost 36 to 48 hours. Even my friend's mobile is running supposedly with gaming. But mine is running at 10-12 hours without gaming and low usage. I talked to customer care, they said service centre will give me full resolution even if it comes to replace my mobile. But this service centre did not do anything and changed battery and mother board but yet same problem. Second time I visited, they didn't even look at it. Hell with this Service Centre.

They have taken care of COVID-19 safety protocol.
The staffs greet you when you enter the the place.
The Executive registration process is fast, so the waiting time is minimal.
The staffs who inspect your devices are smart, well behaved and have sound knowledge.
You get nothing but the best service.
