★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. The guy was trying to delay as it was near closing time. He wanted to delete the entire phone data just to fix the charging port issue. Any roadside vendor will fix that in hardly 10 min. Samsung warranty/ guarantee is a myth even on 40k rs phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quite simple to find, and the staff seemed to be quite helpful, The service cente itself is in a confined space but there was no rush anyways, just had to wait there for 5 mins and got my phone repaired, it was a minor problem, though still they were quite fast at it, would highly recommend as it was pretty much empty, hence a shorter wait time and proper service.

I took my 1.5 months old Samsung s21(which costs 70k!) to them for auto restart problem. These scumbags asked me to pay 12,500 for a display change and that won't be covered in warranty as there were minor 'scratches' on phone!!
Not in the mood to hustle with these ill-mannered employees, I took my phone back without repair and magically it's been working fine for 3 months now. Even though the guy on counter said it won't work another week if I don't get it changed !!!
Samsung should really start taking customers seriously, otherwise they'll keep losing them as they've lost me, never buying a samsung again :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this Samsung service center Sector 47, on 14th April 2022 request no. 4345409XXX for broken mobile display. After waiting for an hour they asked me to submit the phone and it can be collected the next day after repair for which approx cost quoted was Rs4800 + Taxes.
I had told them that my data inside the phone is important so don't format the phone in any case.
The next day when I called them up to check if I can collect the phone, they said my phone's motherboard is also need to be replaced which will cost me more Rs.9000+ Taxes. I told them that when I submitted the phone it was still working coz I was able to pick up the call though screen was broken that means motherboard was working fine.
I could make out that they just wanted to make money out of customers helplessness as they realised that for my important data I would agree to pay the demanded charges to the Service center (4800 + 9000 + Taxes).
It wasn't worth spending for 16K for repair for a phone worth 18-19k, so I asked them to return my phone, so I paid Rs.177 service charges to them and got my phone back.
Same day I took my mobile to nearby mobile repair shop, he had given me options to change different types of phone display ranging from Rs.2000 to Rs.5100 including original screen for Rs.5100 with assurity to check in any service center if the product is genuine. I kept the phone their as it was already dark, he gave me phone the next day and did not even mentioned about faulty motherboard which Samsung service center had asked the money for. My phone is back to new condition with original display.
This service center is cheating and making more money out of customers majboori, this is my feedback about them. Please be aware of this fact when you face the similar situation when visit to this place.
I would have given ZERO rating if that was available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those people do not know anything.. the job knowledge is pathetic.. all thy do is take the device from u saying display problem and charge huge money.... pl avoid going there wasting time.. they remind u of being in govt office.. They charged 9K to me saying software issue, when I called customer care number , it got sorted out over the phone itself..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is pathetic, don't go there at all , person sitting there is totally uneducated and no even any knowledge of product , simple say screen change even not able to check anything, also they called people once we check on phone calls that they r working and making fool for us as once you visit there computer server is not working and they advised customers to go other samsung store , my question is why they call people then when there server is not working, the service center don't look like Samsung service center it's all about someone is sleeping and head down feel like Noone having any kind of work and they don't even check phone also .
Miserable experience better to avoid go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible service centre ever. Gave my tab to fix the broken screen. Its been 14 days now and they are still saying it will take more time. They promised 7 days at the max. Also their customer management is extremely poor and staff is very rude. They make you wait for upto 2 hours to listen to your issue. There was no token system. All the customers there were in dark as whom to approach and when. Samsung should do something about this to make their repo.
