★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 4th of july my father who is a retired veteran visited the store for a query related to his galaxy buds plus which he recently bought from the samsung official store. A sales executive( Name- Sunny) had a very unprofessional conduct and was not at all aware about the basic functionality of the product and he even went to say that i am not PAID ENOUGH by the company to attend you properly . This type of attitude is not all expected from the sales team and is highly detrimental to the brand image of SAMSUNG. The management of the store should take action against the executive at the earliest.

They replaced my phone parts and did very good job but the employees and the cashier too were on their phones, it was dull and hot.
It was NOT a welcome feeling.
They played music when other customers walked into the store but turned off when they left.
Otherwise nice device service.
