I was little confused to buy a new handset for me. Coz my need was something with good battery life n fast processer. The staff had heard my need n suggested me the best phone.
I got all attached accessories along with genuine bill n Phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst Samsung gallery, they don't respond and they don't take care of customers, I have called them multiple times and they don't reply to any calls that I have made nor do they call back, no one works like this in the 21st century. Absolute poor quality of people and customer satisfaction. The staff there is complacent and it seems the client is doing a favour by doing business with them. I would give zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really a very amazing and reliable store,they even give a home dilvery, and they have all kind of Samsung mobiles (latest and all stort of mobiles)...they even have offers and big sales (it's just u urself have to enquiry about offers and sales)
But over all amazing Samsung store and with warranty and bills .
And it's just they need to be focused and Pick up the calls and explain the customer about the mobiles and offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud and Cheaters . I purchased a Screen guard of Tab A7 for Rs : 1200=00 cash and they didn't provide a Bill and within a week it came off. And after that they said that U didn't purchase the bill and so we will not replace it and then offered me a new one at a discount price of Rs : 850=00 Inspite of me telling them that at their other Samsung showroom , it costed only Rs : 500=00 . They are totally cheaters . One should Never take a Gadget from them . Horrible Experience .
