This is the worst ever store I visited I could have given it zero
Two weeks back I visited the store to enquire about z flip3
No one was intrested to reply me.
They were looking at me as if I can't buy this phone
They are just sitting ideal and still they dont care
I don't understand why they are not trained for customer service ,,
Now after that I went to south ex delhi store and pre booked

Nothing is complimentary they will just sell extra without sharing right information. I believe I made completely wrong decision in hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, pathetic service , they don't care about the time and money of their consumer , I bought new phone from this store and after about 3 months my phn stoped functioning and they said they will charge 4700 on reparing the phn ...wahtevr the reason may .be . They were not interested even on listening to my problem .. worst service centre .he said very rudely to me that go and complain wherever you want to... Such a bad behavior I wish this happens with him then only he will understand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Product had issues. Difficult and inexperienced staff. First and last time at a samsung store. Go to chroma! Great staff and better deals. I went there only after this incident but i definitely favor their treatment of customers.
