I have a bad experience with one the sales person named Harshal Solanki who I think have not gone through any kind of training with behavioural etiquettes.
I came to buy A52s and was inquiring about Samsung updates, for which he did not have proper answers, instead started blabbering for no reason. He was so rude in talking with that I went away from the place...
Sorry Samsung, I have to write this....please upgrade your people.
