★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly hopeless store. The girls sitting at the counter are clueless & most unhelpful. I'd ordered for a S8+ mic. I went to the service centre at 7:00 pm. They close at 7:30 pm. They said they cannot take the order now & I would have to come again tomorrow. Went again at 6 pm but the engineer had stepped out to take a stroll. He returned at 7:15 pm. And as you guessed they did not place my order. Instead took down my details on a piece of paper & told me that the mic will be available in 2 to 3 days. A week passed &I was still waiting for the call. When I called last Monday, they said that it would be coming in today. A week later today when I went to the check, to my suprise they had not even ordered it. No remorse on her face. Useless service. Do not visit
