★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very agonising after sales experience. The shop disowned any problem with The phone bought from them. This is in spite I have bought 3 high end phones from them. They flatly refused to even provide details of Samsung service centre that could help. This with a phone in warranty, so one can imagine what others will face. Strongly suggest NOT to buy from this shop.

After purchasing mobile they dint even provide bag to carry mobile box infact this is the not first time earlier also few years back when I'd purchased mobile for my mom that time also they had not given bag. If you purchase apple products from aptronix (located in borivali west) they do provide bag. These are the small things which keeps customer happy. But seems like this samsung store dosent care about customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No awareness at all. Ask them when a particular model be available or whether they have a particular Samsung accessory and they go clueless. Their tech quotient is so low unlike Samsung Smart Cafes elsewhere that you feel miserable and doubt whether it's a shady store that you are speaking with. They open and close shop whenever they feel like. They will ask customers to leave if they have to close. This means that the owner doesn't trust his staffs. Knowledge of everyone at the store about the different models is so shallow. They think that the pricier it is, the more feature-rich it is. They deliberately pitch for a more expensive model. They would not even tell you the offers on phones that they don't intend to sell. You will have to figure that out, be aware and tell them to their face. Only then, they will accept.
