★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and Toufique was patient and explained on all offers, gave discounts. Good place to buy smartphones, wearables.
A few improvements,
1. Inform about all models. I was offered only 265 GB, however there was 128 GB one too cheaper and it slipped my mind too. It felt like 256 GB was pushed.
2. Only one person for all smartphones, wearables, tablets and already had to leave in between to cater other customer. Please have mode people for better customer experience
3. Better range accessories as it was very limited.
4. Remove the models on display which aren't on stock or never me (like S21 Ultra, S7 tab)
Samsung online (Samsung shop) is must better option for accessories due to better rates and discounts.

I got all the required information regarding the product from Mr Sandesh and I was able to purchase it very soon. All the applicable discounts from different credit cards were clearly explained and overall it was a seamless experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID. Don't buy anything here. You may think that because it's a Samsung Smart Plaza that it'll be good and they'll keep their word. The salespersons are cheats and will give you completely wrong information about whatever product you are buying. I bought an AC and right from installation they lied about what's included and what's not in the price. They said my AC will have 2 free refilling, but company denies that any such scheme was even there. And when you call them to deliver on their word, they don't do anything. BEWARE.
