★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT ever buy products from this store. They are pathetic at their behaviour, quite deceitful, and insulting. Because my family is from the area and I live abroad, I had preferred to buy things from there so that its convenient for my parents. Unfortunately they took them for a ride. Sold the product lying about it. DONT buy stuff from here. Find yourself some other authorized dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very helpful and honest.. they guide for everything.. we were trying to get a phone on emi where they managed to get the best possible emi options since it was little difficult for us to use any emi card or credit card.. they also response quickly on phone.. we have bought 3 phones from this place.. love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff members, courteous, very helpful & knowledgeable. Mr. Anupam, Mr. Sanjay & their Manager Mr. Tapas catered to our needs. I must say that I was impressed with their professional attitude.
This Samsung Showroom is very spacious & displays all their products like TVs, Fridges, ACs, Washing Machines, Microwaves, Tablets, Mobile Phones (upper & mid ranges). I was told that this is the first showroom of Samsung in Kolkata.
Location of this Samsung Showroom is next to the Petrol Pump in Ballygunge Fari. Car parking facility is available just in front of the showroom. Bus stoppage is just 30 meter away.
