★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRUSTATED with this SAMAYAK SALES STORE based at LALBAUG ,specially in mobile phone area ,they only know how to make sales ,but for data transfer from old mobile to new mobile the staff is not well trained
Visited 4 times for Data transfer but no sucess,on that owner Mr Kiran tells
AAB KYA KAR SAKTE HAI .
Not ready to take ownership of the mistake also
Then whose responsibilty it is ??
As a FINE I ask them to return Rs 1000,
that too this person, has charge from his Executive salary.
The old Data I hsve Loss, the value cannot be counted in Rupees
Condition apply : coustomers pls visit this store on your own risk to purchase new mobile,thats all i can say from my bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the plaza Mr Jain was very courteous when I enquired about Samsung two door refrigerators over phone. He sent me the price and specs details of a particular model by What's App and invited me to his shop to have a look. A few days later when I reached a landmark near his showroom, he sent a staff member to escort me to his shop. There his staff person explained to me the features of other models that helped me to decide on which model to purchase. The billing and payments were done in a jiffy and eligible discounts were passed on to me. The next day the fridge was delivered and installed. A while later, Samsung demo person also came to explain dos and don'ts. All in all, a pleasant experience.
