They only know how to trouble customers more after selling the product.Because of their negligence demand for samsung products in Dhanbad has to suffer badly in near future. Most of the customers are dissatisfied after purchasing the products from them.They are selling defective and fraud products.

Shree Shyam Sales customer service - 1/5
While buying AC, the sales person buttered up with so many fake promises. He told installation can happen by end of that day but in reality, AC got installed after 4 days and that too after several calls to showroom and samsung service centre.
Hope they improve their customer service but I will suggest to go for other store.
