β β β β β Froud and shameless #Samsung dealer in Rampur Bazaar.
With great disappointment, I want to share my experience with this FRAUD dealer (Vipul electronics) located main bazar, Rampur. As on 23rd Dec. 2021, I purchased 9 kg full automatic Samsung washing machine from his shop. They told me about the EMI offer that was going on the Axis bank debit card, but later I was informed that the offer was only for the credit card, I talked with Vipulβs wife who was on the shop and she advised that today you make the full payment by my debit card and within 1 week to 10days I can make the payment on EMI using a credit card and the first payment that I did using my debit card will be returned to me. After a week I arranged an EMI payment using a credit card but now Vipul says that if I would have done the cash payment instead of the debit card only then he would have accepted the credit card EMI payment now. I told him clearly that debit card payment was suggested by his wife and now they are refusing. Now this FRAUD couple is ignoring my calls. Iβm really very surprised how rude he was and he just disconnected my call and instead of apologies he was more interested in misbehaving with me.
I would like to request all the people of Kullu, Rampur, Kotgarh, Kumarsain and Kinnour to be aware of such fraud dealers.
It is not only about the amount of 4k which I will get back on credit card payment. It is all about the trust and commitment dealers make with customers. I want to expose this corn dealer to every one, so the other local customers get aware of this shameless guy, who just want to increase his sales by giving falls commitments to their customers.
