Pathetic service, intention is just making moneymat cost of anything thereby compromising on basic necessities like food accommodation traveling he just makes life of hajjis horrible, one should never ever think of going through his tour.

Assalamualaikum, I am writing this feedback behalf of my father. Alhamdulillah, he have recently returned from performing the Hajj 2017 via Adila hajj & Umrah Services. Specifically, we must begin by commending the efforts of Mr. Javed Bhai for his role as the Hajj coordinator/Group Leader for the Adila hajj & umrah services. Mr. Javed made the entire experience hassle free, informative and a pleasure and we pray that Allah SWT reward him immensely for it. it was an amazing experience to be on HAJJ. From the beginning, Mr. Javid was incredibly informative and timely in providing all necessary information and done paperwork, visha, Air Ticket etc. for us. Given that this trip constitutes a once in a lifetime experience for most people - Mr. Javid's availability to answer all questions, address all issues and his constant accessibility via group lectures, phone or in person, helped us make the most of preparing for the trip itself. As a result, we felt that Mr. Javid worked diligently to ensure that we were as prepared as possible before we left. During the course of the trip, we interact with other member and learn the how to perform Hajj. He arrange the get together for all Hajji and give Bags and shows tickets and give us required information to all of them. Jazak Allah to Mr. Javid for his great efforts in making this trip a positive one for all participants. Our experience with Adila hajj & umrah services as per his slow-gun the "BEST SERVICE IS OUR MOTTO", we completely agree with this. He prove the same. Our accommodations, travel arrangements and all logistical details were more than expected and the Adila Hajj & Umrah. The staff on the ground in Makkah were very helpful and cordial. In Hajj period he give us extraordinary service us for performed Hajj easy to all of us and he arrange, A/C Bus for trip from Makka to Taif and all necessary Ziyarat. Mostly food was very good, no complain at all. Laundry service was very nice. Apart from food, cold drinks was available all the time in Mina and Arafat which was amazing in 40+ Temperature . After Hajj performed we move to Five STAR Hotel Al Shohada Hotel nearing Kaaba (9-minute walk) distance as we can performed Umrah as much as we can. Once we move to Madina we stay at Province Hotel Just 2 minutes walking distance from Masjid Nabwi gate 17. here also food was Mashallah. JazakAllah to Adila hajj & umrah services of his fantastic services for putting together a great Hajj package for our community and for making the trip such a success. My father was very pleased and satisfied with the services and We strongly recommend to all our friends and relatives intending on perform the Hajj /Umrah with Adila Hajj & Umrah service inshallah!
