Two bedroom hall kitchen are normal flats but three bedroom hall kitchen are fully automatic flats.

Apart from all these automation regular amenities like swimming pool gym are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First ever project in Rajkot to implement iot(internet of things).
I went there as student to visit and learn, also the people at samvedna heights were so responsive. They showed us full demo about all the smart features they implemented in the flat.
Even the builder asked our group if we had any suggestions for the betterment of their iot project, and we gave some of the ideas from which most of the ideas they liked and also told their assistant to note.
I would like to say, this project is super awesome and people would love to live like that in such IOT environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good project for spend weekends or Holiday..but it is worse for others who want to live daily routine life..as it is far inside from main road... They are offer 21 lacs for 2 BHK flat which is not justify according to location...also not reveal any detail or price over phone...
