★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is not meeting patient expectation. Doctor usually does not sit in OPD. Single doctor usually switch between OT and OPD. Waiting time is like Government Hospital ( Attendent usually call doctor wipl coming in 15-20 minutes however doctor does not come in stipulated time). This is due to lack of doctor management. This is very bad experience. I am not going to suggest personally to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surgeon and other staff are superb. But the receptionist who wore spectacles is so arrogant and lazy. When we asked her of progess of discharge process, she told us " time lgega pta nhi kitna, merko or b kaam h" and she keep chatting with others. She showed same behaviour during admission process.
