β β β β β I am glad that I have attended the prenatal yoga session in my pregnancy which helped me not only for normal delivery but also I was active through out my pregnancy and was able to do all the work in the pandemic. Sangeeta mam was so patient in teaching and also boosted my postivity which helped me battle mood swings and anxiety issues . The class will end with powerful Chanting mantras which helps in nourishing the baby . She always reminds us that pregnancy is a blessing and I have thoroughly enjoyed it because of sangeeta mam . I recommend all the pregnant mommies to go for prenatal yoga and njoy the pregnancy and mother hood .

β β β β β Myself Rajashree(19 yrs) . My weight was 95 kgs. I lost 11 kgs in 9 months . I started my weight loss journey with Sanyoga studio for improving my health and losing weight and to get back in shape and I didn't look back to the past from the day I started ! .
I really appreciate Sangeetha ma'am for her enthusiasm for teaching and preparedness for the classes. Her diet charts are very helpful and convincing. She gave special attention, care towards my journey . I am so grateful for her time and energy she spent with me.i really enjoy and feel relaxed , her chanting and meditation sessions , at the end of the yoga sessions.
I would definitely recommend to my relatives and friends to join Sanyoga for their overall well-being.

β β β β β Sangeeta Yoga guru, she is perfect in providing yoga, medidation classes, facial yoga, sukshma yoga. She provides scientific connection with each yoga asana and how it helps us. She gives keen attention to each one of us and provides suggestions tips outside the classes as well. Her sessions helped in weight loss, and gain strength and flexibility. I have been taking classes from more than a year and there is evident improvement in my overall health.

β β β β β It was delightful to take prenatal yoga classes with Sanyoga studio and this is my second successful pregnancy journey.
Ms. Sangeetha, my trainer has helped me so much through out the pregnancy and I have learnt a lot and enjoyed this phase. She is very sweet, kind and lovely human being. She is so insightful in many different areas of the world of pregnancy and babies. The prenatal yoga helped me to be more physically active, confident, courageous,peaceful and trust my body more. It helped ease my back pain and enjoy my belly and connect with my baby.
I definitely recommend her classes to the would be moms who want to be educated , knowledgeable, and enjoy the pregnancy and birth. Her classes are amazing, from physical, mental and emotional point of views.

Especially my Sangeeta Ma'am..
When I joined there for my weight loss session I was 68kg...two months i did not see any changes I started asking ma'am whether I will loose my weight or what??? But always she use to say you will have patience and do ? u will loose then after 3/4 of my practise I lost 3 kg...and again my weight stucked there..and again same question in my mind whether it will happen or what but same smile from Ma'am ..you will..then after 6/7 months i started loosing my weight finally it was 59kg..
I went there in 2019 August..i was 59 in feb then i regularly started practising there ...from 1.5 year I'm doing with mam ...
Now I'm 58 kg
Weight loss is not a big deal but the thing is whether we are constant there..she teaches us in a lovely pattern and changes our mind....now after 1.5 year also I carry the same weight..

β β β β β Very informative and helpful session. It has helped me to get my health on track and also keep my weight under watch. She provides customised diet recommendations and also guides on how to resist the urge to eat sweets during festivals/ functions. She is very jovial and punctual too. Such sessions are a must especially during the current pandemic situation so we keep our body fit and well equipped to fight the infection.

β β β β β Sanjitha is an excellent teacher. Her classes are energising and fun. I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. Pregnancy yoga class really helped me to get into normal delievery. Also mentally She helped me to become strong to deal with the delivery and post delivery. She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful. She also pays individual attention to people in the class. She will re-position you to help you get that extra boost from a pose and has helpfully re-positioned me when Iβve over-extended. Highly recommended!

β β β β β I was hesitant at first to join as the yoga classes were online but once I joined i was completely satisfied . I would like to thank Sangeetha who gave individual attention to each and everyone. She was very kind and polite. She explained all the exercises and asanas clearly. I highly recommend San yoga studio to anyone who is looking for yoga classes.
