β β β β β The ambience and the courteous and helpful staff deserve a 5 star rating. It's the food with which I have an issue. I have read the other reviews but somehow my experience was less than fulfilling. It was great in bits and pieces (coconut payasam and mutton) but not so great in others. Some dishes had little taste while others had just chilly and no other flavour. Even the malabar parotha was just about ok. I have lived in Chennai and Kerala and dined at friends' places there. So I have some thing to compare the food there with. Having said that, just go there for the ambience, the mutton, the payasam and generally having a relaxed time. The place exudes a certain combination of finesse and a relaxed feel.

β β β β β An Excellent meal with good service! The crab and avial were amazing! The aapams were a little disappointing though, dakshin does a better job of those. The desserts were too sweet and very average.
The wait staff is fairly attentive. Although some staff were not masked and this is something that the diners shouldn't have to tell or write about in this day and age.
Other than this, ordered the raw mango curry, neer dosa, mutton sukkha and Malabar parantha- all delicious. An enjoyable meal overall!

β β β β β What can I say ... amazing food. Ghee roast is 10/10. Obviously the seafood is a necessity to try but the chicken was very good too. Their cocktails were amazing as well. The Coorg martini was surprisingly excellent, as a coffee lover.

β β β β β An βabsolutely need to tryβ Coastal Seafood restaurant owned by Mangaloreanβs themselves summing up the heart and soul of Coastal food is Sana-di-ge located in the upscale market of Chanakyapuri. Sana-di-ge means a brass lit lamp kept on auspicious occasions in South India. The food served here is fresh, full of aromas and delightfully simple serving the regional delicacy of Coastal region of India. The innovative delicacies stick to the βtime-honouredβ specialties with ofcourse limited space in your stomach requires multiple visits. Savor the best food and travel the Coastal culture with all the luxury vibes here.
Spread over at three floors, this 7 years old restaurant pairs elegant sitting inside with a relaxing courtyard at first floor catering to approx 95 people at a time.
The kitchen here is run by people all from Mangalore head by Chef Sukesh Kanchan who satiated our craving for coastal sea food. Obviously cant write about all the menu but each and every dish we tasted was soul satisfying and was good to the last byte. All the masalas here sourced from Mangalore itself and most of the seafood from Mumbai. The array of dishes in the menu are the original recipes that are being followed without making a lot of changes or adjustments.
Overall a must visit place.

β β β β β The restaurant lives upto its rating. They serve authentic south indian food. We went there with our 6 months old in a stroller and the staff was very courteous and friendly to accommodate all our special needs. We ordered paneer varuval, mushroom curry , malabar paratha and manglorean mutton curry- all of it was fresh and tasty.
There is ample parking space and obviously the Chanakyapuri area vibes offer a serene experience amidst the heart of Delhi
Really liked the traditional serving plates along with banana leaf

β β β β β What amazing food! Very authentic Goan and Malabari good experience. Prices are a little steep but clever people will use dineout. Take the outside seating.
Tried the prawn rava fry with a Goan fish curry. Were spot on with the taste. Don't miss the Malabari paranthas!
