★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing to acknowledge your excellent customer service. I ordered 5L ground oil which was delivered in your steel can on 20th Jan. Later we noticed that the can was leaking. I called Santrupti and made a complaint about it and asked for replacement. Within 5hrs time, it was replaced. I am really happy with your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought one litre gingelly oil packed in glass bottle from nearby organic shop. Claimed to be cold pressed and Priced at Rs 410. I never buy here and always bring from home town. Due to Covid locked down i bought this product locally and to my surprise , this oil has no taste and doesnot even smelling sesame seed. Only the color texture matches of gingelly oil. I did place order for 5 litre Steel cane but i immediately called the shop and complained about the quality of oil and cancelled the 5 litre order. :(

It is in my opinion not a business but a service to the mankind. The oil products sold are of medicinal value, clean and neat. Good luck to the Sanatan foods. Specially Santrupti brand.
