★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is sales oriented. If you are looking to buy then the shop has good collection. But they are not service oriented. The owner behavior lacks hospitality. They try to avoid any servicing job. I had a bad experience with servicing my MTB. Not recommended if looking for servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cycle store is fine, but I have very bad experience with the behavior of the owner. I bought one BSA Street Cat for my kid and they have delivered in my home and during that we have noticed the balance wheel is broken. I reported immediately to that delivery person and told me he will replace that next day. From then onward I was calling almost everyday but no one turned up and even I called the Owner also and he kept promising me that next day some one will come. And it's now 11 days over no one is picking up my phone and even no one came to replace it. The cycle is still at home and the most painful part is my kid can only see it, touch it but cannot ride it. Now the only option for me is to bring this cycle to my near by store and fix it with my own cost.
This is very disappointed me that I bought a new cycle and they delivered me broken one and never replaced or repaired it. The owners behavior and the way of talking is also not good. So please be aware of this if you are buying any cycle from this store. If you are taking delivery you will definitely get a wrong one. Please aware of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait for almost 45 minutes before they even touched my cycle to replace the rare wheel and tube. They kept me waiting and people came after me served before me. The owner looks at the profit only. Bigger buyers gets prioritised. Be aware.
