The most convenient factor of this place is that it is very near to PINK line of Delhi Metro I.P. Extension Station.
It is having small parks with the facility of swings and see-saw for small kids.
It is also having cricket net facility in between the apartments and metro station.
It is well guarded and boundary walls are high with spiral fencing at the top.
The parking facilities are available inside for the residents and outside for the visitors.
