★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has done fairly a great job as flats are reasonably spacious. However society committees are not aligned with each other amongst various wings. Pros and Cons to help jotted as below;
Pros- Spacious flats, Supportive team from Sancheti Builders, Location is peaceful and at reasonable distance from hustle of roadside.
Cons- Society committee's are not aligned with other wings, Water Quality is poor, this being a major drawback as you will definitely age disgracefully and invite health issues, no AMC for amenities, Garbage is dumped on backyards, Every wing has various unfair rules implemented. Lot of chase needed for anything that needs attention.
