β β β β β I made a mistake by purchasing cooler from Sandy, at almost same price i could have bought good quality Orient or some other brands' cooler. I bought it because I was in immediate need and could not wait for 3-4 days delivery period from Amazon/Flipkart. Water pump needed to be changed after 1 month purchase and Fan motor got burnt in next season and ofcourse they give warranty for only one season. Body of cooler is also of third grade quality.

β β β β β Third class is the only thing i can say about their coolers. They use third quality motor for fan and third quality pump as well. I used their cooler for almost 40 days in 2 months and the pump stopped working. Somehow i was not in town. So could not take warranty follow up. This summer i thought of replacing the pump myself as i know some technicalities of electronics and plumbing as well. But to my surprise, the fan was even not working. Only swing was swinging. Called their service centre. Estimation of almost 1400 for replacement of fan and pump with a zero day warranty. Is this some kind of a joke guys? So in short i paid 5500 just for cooling of 40 days. Wow. Awesome. Their technician visited and also confirmed that the cooler was almost unused. What they gave me was a waiver of 200rs. Service charge. Guys in short better go for a branded product such as kenstar or symphony or bajaj. My kenstar cooler is working since 2004. Yet its working.
