β β β β β poor commitment on timely readiness of alteration.... alteration quality very poor, they can ruin urs expensive clothing in alteration and will say latter that they cant gurantee for alteration job as it is done by some one who is sitting right outside their shop.
despite raising concerns to owner no action taken. staff is untrained and rudeοΌοΌ

β β β β β Overpriced but since they have tie ups with many schools, there is no other option for uniform. Prices are very dynamic, i bought one paint for uniform for 550 and next week it was priced 320. Size also is not fixed. Size 28 is fitting today and next time when we buy soze 28 it wont fit

β β β β β Really disappointed with their service. Bought a piece of dress from them (as a gift to my father), got assurance that they will replace the same dress with another size if required. The size was too tight as I doubted; however at the time of replacement the shopkeeper shocked me and asked to buy some other designer dress as they donβt have the same dress for upper size. I was left with no choice but to leave the shop, the owner neither apologised nor did he even ask for repayment. In the current era of shopping where if some one isnβt satisfied with product gets full money back guarantee, this shopkeeper is not bothered to respect otherβs sentiments. I believe they donβt even deserve a single star.
