★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place (at the time of writing this review) for all your pet needs, premium dog food brands, a decent vet service, friendly owner. Don't expect top class services that we get in tier I cities like Bangalore, but decent enough for a place like Chandannagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ much needed pet care agency around Chinsurah and Chandannagar. they provide swanky and professional help for your pupper. Almost everyday there is a consultant physician available in the evening except for sunday.

May I know if you are connected with any NGO or animal rescue centre, because it seems that we should also think about the stray animals too!!
It would be great if this happens because there is not a single place around here in Chandannagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Dr.Tanmoy’s lack of treatment & subject matter expertise, 3 of my 6-8 months old super healthy kittens(with proper reflexes) died of feline panleukopenia.
The oral medication remedy advised by him was drafted with a 50-50 mindset with no clear objective of effective treatment, added with a plethora of drugs which proved to only worsen the condition of my kittens.
Through a late consultation with a professional vet, I understood that fluid therapy was the only way out & that Dr. Tanmoy’s approach was not something that a veterinary doctor with even 1 year of practical exposure on cats would advise.
I was able to save my remaining 1-2 year olds with proper guidance from the new doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not care about your pets. Just treat them like some commodity. We came to this place by seeing there ratings, perhaps all these ratings are paid. We came to show 5 of our kittens and lost 3 of them because of their negligence. We repeatedly begged them to check if there's some other issue with the poor beings but this petcare heeded no attention whatsoever. Upon taking a second opinion from another vet, he told the medication what these guys have prescribed is utterly wrong and any vet with some experience will never prescribe that. It was too late for 3 of our kittens though, they died. Thanks to the timely abandoning this per care, we were able to save the other two. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR RATINGS. I believe they are all paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place for pet cares. One of my friend's kittens died after the treatment. We knew they are super healthy. But some of the doctors are buying degrees and playing with animals' Lives. We need to take quick action to stop this, I wish one day the world will have good veterinary doctors, who honestly care about what kind of treatment animals need.
