★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Service ' this is only one agency in this area so I have visit here many time for services my bike every time I have face same issues' bike managing service staff are not coprative everytime I was waiting 3 to 4 hrs just for service my bike' duration this time they work on other bike they come after me they don't know the meaning of punchaltly. I am not happy please don't visit here

My name is Naveen . I own a Pulsar 220, which i got serviced at your designated agency. I have had the worst experience in terms of product quality that your agency has provided to me as a customer. The issue which I wanted to be fixed was my self start as it was not working. And after getting it fixed in one of my recent service the self start gave up in the middle of my journey. I went to your agency again to get it checked and according to them it was the fault of the battery. They changed the battery and the issue got fixed temporarily. But after a few days the battery died and the headlights too stopped working. They came up with a new issue telling me about a faulty wiring. But they never fixed it and said that they can't resolve it. I am highly disappointed by the lack of experience at the service stations. They fix one issue and create another one. I need you to look at this matter urgently as this is not expected from such a prestigious company and as a customer satisfaction kindly provide the solution immediately.
