They don't be on their words. don't leave your vehicle in their without taking in written the delivery time they told me my scooty will be repaired within 2 days but this is 7th day they don't even picking my calls they don't value customer's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center.If you have any problem in any spare part then they will charge you for spare part but after changing also your problem will not be solved. Don't know whether they change parts or just charge for them. And one more thing the parts which are covered in warranty,They also charge for those parts in warranty period.
If you don't want to waste your money and time..Please avoid this center.

They are quick in responding.
It is located on the Ghaziabad Main road, just before the start of the flyover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good experience, they have lot of spare parts unavailable with them. You take your vehicle to them, and it's half done. Spare parts unavailablility is a huge issue.
Also, they are in so much hurry that they call you saying your vehicle is complete, and when you reach there, your vehicle is not even touched.
Overall, customer satisfaction is nil. No doubt they have mechanics, and technicians but, they are lacking in good management and administration.

But the service time taken by the station is pathetic. They take a lot of time and are never on time.
3 star rating for service time taken.
And 5 stars for the workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ , i went there for vibration and annoying sound/noise problem in my Activa 6g,
The replace parts in my activa and make money out of it, but enable to solve my problem, service manager MR. VINIT Is a fraud man. After changing brake and clutch shoes and changing gear box 3 times. I paid money for every part. But problem is still the same then He tricked me and promise me to come after few months then he will claim parts (chamber box) for my activa , n solve the problem. after few months Mr. VINIT Changed the job already.
Also, the mechanics seems untrained
WORST service center of honda.
OWNER must inspect whats going on in service department.
DO NOT WASTE UR TIME N MONEY ON THIS SERVICE CENTRE.

It was clean and well managed by their staff.
They took only 15 minutes to make service job card.
One thing I did not like that free pick and drop service is not available there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience of services my vehicles (activa 6g 9950 km run) under insurance claim. Regards to my vehicle, Insurance team in sangam honda told expected repair cost Rs 12000/- whereas claim approved is Rs 3950 by ICICI Lombard out of total actual charges is Rs 5400. Insurance team of sangam honda told me that damaged parts replaced with new parts but when I got my vehicle, I saw they simply repair the parts which I can also repair with less costs. In fact I found that vehicle was driven 8 km inside the showroom. I am really shocked when the vehicle given to me after repair is 9958 km run.
I have paid remaining balance Rs 1400 include Rs 200 for file charges. These files charges are not claimed by ICICI Lombard team. But still they are charging.
Last, they have no record how much petrol in scooty while submitting my scooty. While given the scoot to me, petrol is 0.750 litres. That is upto petrol pump.
