★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of service. I have a train at 11 pm on Thursday. And I was given in writting that I will receive it by Thursday morning by the salesperson there. Right now I am getting a call from the boutique that it won't be delivered before 10 pm. And the salesperson is taking her words back now which is completely irresponsible of her.
The dresses and designs are great but not delivering on time is a complete set back.
