Product delivery too late... When call you will hear only it will come today. If you call evening time then it will come tomorrow.

And they give 5 year guarantee of sponge of sofa and all things.
It is very bad customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with this store. They took advance payment and promised to deliver the item in 3-4 days . However when it was over a week we tried to followup and the main person named Bharat Bhai was only interested in dogging us. He kept on giving fake commitment to make a delivery for 3 days but the item eas just not sent o our house. It's a pathetic store and will give it minus points in customer service. We hv ha to ware so many important evenings just sitting at home and waiting for the item during the pre Diwali period when has to take care of so many other thibgs.

Bed delivered and looking good. Very low price.
Old Review: 1 Star
Found double bed and address on olx and go to showroom. Really big showroom and lots of products. I booked double bed with booking amount and said that I need in 7 days, they said bed will be delivered in 2-3 days. I was happy that bed will be available in 2-3 days but till today after 10 days bed is not delivered. They said it will come today and tomorrow. Very poor service. Will update review after bed delivered and checked quality.
